I,m retired and can fish when I want to also like to bring wife can you guys and gals give me a name of a cosy and clean place to stay I would probably need a cabin with house keeping arangement dont, mind eating out but thats to expensive all the time. thanks in advance for the help. also i have never fished in mille lacs and only have a 16 ft deep V with 50 hp so going 10miles on water is a bit to far to travel but in sounds like a great lake to fish I live west of chicago 40 miles and it would be a longer trip but well worth it I think If it works out it would probably take up a 2 week fishing spot during june

George and Linda Nitti of Nitti’s Hunters Point run a nice clean place.
Close to some hot fishing right now.
8 miles north of Isle on the east side.

    Ranger,
Hooks reply is a good one. You cannot go wrong staying at Hunters. Great food, and great location. Give Bobber Carlson or Hook a ring before you go up, and get a few hot spots from them. There are some great areas you can get to with ease with your rig.
