    Thank you, Thank you!!!
That is all I have to say to fellow IDA member(eagust)
for allowing my family and I to stay at his cabin on Mille Lacs north end this past weekend!!!
What a beautiful place!!! The cabin is located on the North end of the lake about 1.25 miles east of Weatlthwood public access!
The cabin has over 100ft of lake front with a nice dock, boat lift, and wonderful sand for swimming! I am not sure how far you can walk out past the dock but the water is only waist deep and pure sand! I am guessing a few hundred yards before you hit any weeds or even the first break line!! Perfect for swimming!
The cabin itself has 3 bedrooms, couch that pulls out to a bed, bathroom with full shower, full kitchen, it even has laundry! Not to mention the full deck that wraps around 3/4ths of the house… Perfect for sitting on and enjoying your beverage of choice as you enjoy the cool southern winds of the lake!!!
If anyone is looking for a family get away, I highly recommend this cabin! You have everything you need and yet you have your own privacy!!! Adults have the Casino not too far away, you also have Brainerd near by, and of course you have one of the greatest walleye lakes right out your front door!!!
So if your looking for fun family vacation or guys weekend or week I would suggest you get ahold of eagust to reserve this place soon! Believe me it will be booked up in a hurry once people have the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful cabin on Mille Lacs lake!!!

I have included a link to contact eagust!!!

Our group from NE, including Ben Garver, Jake Bruggeman, and myself just stayed at this great cabin last week, and Ernie is a great guy with a great place to stay! Great location, plenty of room to move around, and a very nice surrounding area to enjoy. Thanks a ton, Ernie!

was the dog still looking into the glass door? Looks like someone was bouncing his tennis ball. Looks like a nice spot, does he keep it open in the winter?

If you don’t mind swimming with huge muskies swimming around you…..you could walk a couple hundred yards out from shore to find 5 feet of water. Most of that water is 2-3 feet deep a hundred yards from shore. Not to take anything away from what looks like a very nice cabin to stay at, I just don’t think it’s ideal for swimming. If you don’t mind me asking Calvin, how much did you get charged to rent the cabin for a weekend??
