Mid-day on pond

Hit the North end flats with a sponser’s bro. After 5 flats we found active fish in 23 to 27 fow. We caught 7 overs the biggest 26 1/4 and 5 keepers. The magic rig was a green hook ,green rattle bead on a 10 ft. snell and a crawler and moving VERY slow and stay on the edge the cold front has slowed them down a bit . So keep moving till you find feeders.

Did you guys try cranks, or just pull meat? Was the bite light or freight train style? Pickin yer brain, hope ya’ don’t mind. Windy or flat? Try spinners? 6 or 7 foot rod, just kidding, everyone knows you need an eight foot rod to catch walleyes on the flats…..
