I was going to go out on the North end tonight and try to hit the shallow rocks for some ‘eyes. Has anyone been out? Are they still shallow or did the storm screw it up? I got them in 6’ last Thurs PM. Thanks.
Still there…tried the flats and found them in 28′ and 22′ on top as well. Then moved in to the hot spot in 7′ at dusk and got them on a 1/16 oz jig with a leech. Bugs were thick and so were the fish. Wind sucked even though it was out of the NW. Got a 20″ and a 18″ smallie as well. Fun night.
