I was out both Sat. & Sun. nights. Pulling shallow running crankbaits. In 2 hrs each night we only had 3 / per night but BIG. The smallesr was 23″ & largest was 27 3/4″. Deep thick fish that hit hard & refused to come close to the boat. Not many boats out on the south end, we had the reef we were working all to ourselves. The best bite was right at sundown & the next 1/2 hour. The warmth of hearth & family had us only out for 2 hrs each night. I think I’ll sneak up Wed. night & keep trying for a 30″.
