Smallmouth Closed

    A friend and I were talking about this topic and thought I’d post this. Not that anyone would be actually keeping smallmouth….unless it’s maybe a state record!! but just a reminder that you can’t keep smallmounth (or even possess for a while to weigh). Season closed Sept 10. The regs state that the season is open to catch, but no possession after 9/10.

    Thanks for the pointer Jon. I wasn’t aware of that. I don’t ever keep smallies anyway, but if I were to catch a real pig I would consider getting it mounted. Not now though. See ya the end of the month.
