    I was up yesterday. I drove along the west side, most of the shoreline was gone 10-20′. A few of the bays with current were out 100-200 yds. Ice is looking pretty pitted and black. I did see 4 guys out ice fishing across from subway/conoco, they walked out 1/2mile or so. With the warm stretch and rain in the forecast it won’t be long!!

    Thinking of going up tommorow w/ the boat.

    Don, the ice is not officially out. It depends on wind direction and what side of the lake. Some bays are open but if the wind shifts the ice could come ashore in any bay.

    Believe it or not…………..Bob’s working today. Thiis morning he told me he put the boat in the water last night and it’s on the lift!
    No mention of the ice though!

    I’d say we have official ice out as of today!!!!!!
