I was up last night. BIG FISH – 31″ – 10.12oz the biggest . Total count was 16. Nothin under 24″ which is a bummer , I like that fish sandwich when I get home. Tonight I hope more of the same but some slots in the mix. Blue Chrome and Orange belly rogues are still the ticket, worked very slow. less than 1 MPH – with the moon maybe 1.3 – Indian point !!

Good Luck to everyone and be safe

    The ones I use are the old ASDRC1232OB – 5 1/2″ 1/2oz.
Old style mold – say 8-10 years ago. The new pro-rogue is
5″ long with a different mold and balance. But they still give up fish. I just like the old ones – They sit better in the water. And yes these are suspending !!! Especially key this time of year. Hope this helps

Great Fish. We are hitting the east shore on the way up to the deer shack. Thanks for the lure info. This is one of the reasons this is the best site.

    Jack,

Im curious how you did on the east side. Over on the west side. A very slow bite (Indian Point) turned into a feeding frenzy by 9:00pm (St Albans to Garrison) . A good mix of slot fish and big fish 16 in all – we found ourselves down sizing from time to time

to accomodate the short biters from the ones that would just it Husky jerks and Rogues were the ticket Blue, Chrome and Orange – Golden HJ10’s worked

really slow – sometimes pausing for 20 seconds or better.Pics click on fish fish

2 real hogs + 10 lber’s – 1 taping out at 30.50″ from the other night. Fish My son Joe and friend gary from last night. fish

Best of luck for those continue tonight The bite is absolutely terrific Fish

Went up last night and fished from 7-2.Thought about putting in by the casino but it looked like a boat show going on so we kept on going.I have never seen that many boats around at this time of year. The good news is there is a lot of unfished areas left around the lake.Ended up fishing an area with no other boats around and caught 32 fish.Nothing bigger than 27 but about half the fish were 24 or better.Great night to be on the water.Did anyone see the shooting star with blue flame?
