It looks like the weather is going to cooperate with the days I have off….so Thurs night I might be able to FINALLY make it up to Mille Lacs for a night troll.
Anyone else going to be up there that evening?? Not sure yet but I might have an open seat if any one is interested.

Looks like I will be up there, with my “go to” partner on Thurs., and staying thru Sun. morning. Was up there 2 weeks ago, for the same duration, and did really good. Fishing the east side.

Well what started out as maybe one seat open for tomorrow night has turned in to 2 even 3 seats open for tomorrow night. I had 3 people chompin and the bit to go and all 3 backed out on me.
SO…..I guess that means if anyone is free tomorrow night and wants to do some trollin let me know.

Careful Castaway, he drives a Ranger. You have a reputation to uphold.

Yes he does drive one of them glued together jobbies. And he snubs the rest of us beer can drivers every chance he gets. Be sure to tinkle on the sides a little for all us aluminum drivers!!!

Hey Kooty….better on the sides of the boat than in my shoes.

I do drive a Ranger….I keep telling you guys there are 2 kinds of people in the world….people that own Rangers….AND people that want to own Rangers.

Castaway…I sent you a PM with my phone #s…give me a call and let me know what the scoop is tomorrow.

Hell, anyone can catch walleye from a Ranger. It takes a real man to catch one from aluminum.

I always say there are two kinds of people, the ones that catch fish and the ones that net fish and I think my chances of getting a seat in a Ranger are pretty slim

if my kicker motor goes down Castaway i could always use you for a driftbag, to slow me down! I still think you want to own a Ranger!!

Good one Or you could tie a bunch of those empty glue buckets together and throw them over the side

The only thing that needs glueing on my boat is the keel guard!!!

Well I went with Warrior Rivy and his friend Harry on Thurs night, the weather was unbelievable….no wind and about 29-30 degrees. We didn’t catch a ton of fish but we got some dandies.
Dan had a digital camera so we should be seeing pics shortly.
Thanks for the seat and the great night of fishing and BSing. I had a great time, can’t wait to see the pics.
