Nice fish Joe. Is this fish ending your season or beginning your season of chasing after girls with big guts and scales? [Some anglers put their boats away now and some just get stared chasing the eyes on a big girl hunt basis-on the river that is]
    Thanks, Bill

Nice fish Joe. I did see you guys take the photo that night and got a good veiw of the fish. We pull a skipper From that spot as you guys went by the other way. After we saw you guys photo that one we went back that way and picked up anouther 25″er.
Saturday night was anouther good night on the lake. Temps where decent and the weather man was 100% wrong on the wind again. Anyways the fish where on the chew. We fished most of the same areas as Joe and ended at 11 with 17 eyes. 7 where from 22″ to 25.5″. Lazer craw was good for us that night but tiger roan hung right in there. Tiger roan might of took few fish but did better on size. Once again slow speeds and lots of turns (which where fun in the waves and wind).

With what looks to be nice weather holding in for the next week hopefully there will be a few more trips up to the lake.

    Joe,
Very nice Walleye. did you have some pretty good numbers?? or are numbers down, but size UP.
Temps are staying mild surprizingly. IT’S NOT OVER.

It was a chubby girl that’s for sure.

Thanks for letting me tag along saturday Joe.

Whoever toook that picture could have done a better job though.

Jack it was a good numbers night. We caught between 25 and 30 fish for the night. I think 5 fish were over 23 inches. A pretty good night overall, even though the weather prognosticators lied about the wind again. Some nights I’d like to kick one in the shin!

Man was it dark out! Who needs a full moon to catch fish!

Any of you guys stay out in the fog saturday night? We stayed out till a little after 5 am. Once the wind slowed down some the fog became much worse. Still caught some fish though. My biggest, 26.5 was caught around 3:45 am. A couple other pigs over 27 were netted by me earlier in the night. Sometimes I have to play “net boy” too.

We left at around 1:00 and out in front of Terry’s we couldnt see Pike point or any lights from Garrison.

Even being net boy you get to get into the action. Take pride in being the best net boy you can be!

Nothing worse than losing a nice fish at the boat due to a crappy net minder.
