Attention Corkers, the bait shop in Garrison has a good selection of leeches left. The bait shop behind the holiday store. Don’t know the name, sorry. They do have a good selection of large black leeches at $4.75 per dozen!
    Good luck!

The name of that shop is Tutt’s. The manager there is a GREAT guy.

Tutts, yeah. I remember…”Hey, got any orange and black Husky Jerks?” Dustin and I ask…

    “Nope” he replies..

“Ok, how about any red Rogues?”…

“Nope, but some guy from the cities was just here ahead of you and bought my whole selection…”

    Thanks James!

I’ll second that about the leeches, if you can find them, get some. Bob, did you see that guy anchor up close to us? Well we aquired a lighted bobber when we pulled the anchor.
I think he meant well, he just wound up fishing right over my rope, not sure why he didn’t take a few minutes to move over a little .
Anyway, we also pulled some very nice eating fish off those rocks this weekend. The next couple of weeks should be awesome as well.
    Here’s my partner, Joel with a nice 25″ and your’s truly with a 27″er .

Nice fish Tom, glad to see you can still find that spot.

We’ve been moving around that general area and have done best up shallow. While we graphed fish deeper we couldn’t get them to go.
Bob let me drive the new rig, what a baby!

    Beats pulling the anchor!

5 of my buddies and two boats are heading up around 2pm Friday night. We are planning to troll the west side near the casino access Friday night- working both inside and outside the weed line. Saturday we were planning to try some bobber fishing on the rocks. Anyone have any opinions on what this cold snap will do to the fish? I am anticipating only good things…

I’ll be hitting it tomorrow night with Ranger29 then I’m heading north after ducks the rest of the weekend.

To be honest I’d rather fish.

The last couple of years I’ve been getting into fall fishing more than duck hunting.
