Just got back from the lake and thought I would post a quick report before I hit the sack.We hit the water around 10 PM out of garrison and headed up by Knox point and trolled the shoreline for the first couple hours. We picked up 3 keepers there and had a few get off and had a few short biters. We were running HJ12 in 7-10 FOW 80-100 feet back.Firetiger got the most hits.Around midnight we headed back towards the landing and hit a shallow shoreline.A couple minutes later it was fish on.An hour later we had 8 fish in the livewell and released several more.#5 craw shallow running shad rap was the hot lure.We were fishing 6-8 FOW 80 feet back.Water temp was 67.Fishing is still going well if you are looking for shorelunch or some good action but the big fish havnt showed up in any numbers yet.We did pick up a few in the 24-27 range over the weekend but the majority of the fish were under 24.I guess thats not a bad thing as it is usually the other way around.I am thinking about going back up tonight and if I do I would have an open seat so if anyone is interested in going let me know.
