Thanks Hook and Hookswife!

I would like to thank Hook and Denise for their hospitality AGAIN this weekend! We are truly blessed to have friends like you guys!
Denise, no more rock picking! My back hurts from getting them out of the truck! Whatever Deb asks for, just say no!
It was fun seeing all of you guys again! Yep, even Bob! Thanks to Big D for having the yearly event that brings us all together! (Like we need a reason!)

I second that emotion. Even Tuck couldn’t screw up those fine tasting fish although I have already forgotten the name of that seasoning. Thanks, Hook, Denise, Dman, and everyone else that contributed for the warm fire and and the place to meet. Hope cleanup wasn’t too harsh.

Funny…..

I have never seen a bowl, I mean a BIG BUTT bowl of fish get eaten so quickly! There had to be third degree burns on tongues all over! Putz, didn’we catch you bobbing for filets right out of the oil a few times?

Thanks guy’s, it’s always a party and Tuck even did the dishes saturday after our second fish fry of the weekend!

Yeah, I was commenting to Denise on the way home how good of turnout Dman had for the fish fry friday night, and how many guy’s brought food to contribute, it was great!

We are very fortunate to have great friends that help out like you guy’s. You all know what needs to be done and are alway’s willing to chip in and help! It makes things go so much smoother.

We never have a shortage of food when this group gets together, do we?

Oh by the way Chris, one more time. What is the name of that batter you cooked the fish with friday night?

Those batter fried fish were to die for!!!

I’ve got to break out of my same old rut with fish batter. But we did come up with a good one Chris?

I will post our recipe later. I will PM you with the beer batter info. I am going to clear the shelves out of both stores in town today, and then I will post the name!
