The Mille Lacs area received 6-8 inches of fresh new snow Wednesday. Today the wind is blowing and the temperature is going DOWN below zero the next 4-5 nights. The forecast is for -24-26 below the next four nights. 
The lake has and will take on a new look. The snow is blowing around and has created some drifting. The Resorts have been plowing the main roads. Look for the ability to go cross county to end after this wind.
