Last night as I was getting up off the couch from watching the Fox 9 news I noticed a light out on the reef! Well lo and be hold it was a boat, 21 deg’s and white capped water…..burr better get in under the covers with the electric blanket on I said to my self……There still are some very brave souls out on Mille Lacs. The boat harbor has had ice on it the last two days now. Some ice is starting to show on the rocky shoreline out front.
It won’t be long and I’ll be pulling the Otter out with the ATV……..Hope to have safe ice by mid December….hope!
