    Still waiting to hear back from Daron, but I think we have agreed on Fishermans Warf. They have fishhouses for rent and camping. Jon J should be able to tell us more about the Warf.

    Daron at the Warf has confirmed so we will now try to get the word out more. Anyone attending is encourged to contact the Warf at Fishermans Warf to get reservations for camping or to rent a fishhouse. We plan to meet in the bar/resturaunt after fishing.

    The Wharf works for me!

    Close to many good smallie spots. Most of the tent spots have electric hook ups and/or water. Daron is the new owner and has really been fixing the place up. The showers and bathrooms are always clean. The harbor is protected with plenty of dock space to tie a boat up.

    If camping is a no go, Mcquoids is 6 miles down the road. http://www.mcquoids.com/ They have super nice condos and a hotel. (Some rooms with Jacuzzis) Hunters Point is about 3 miles up the road and has cabins also. http://www.hunterspointresort.com/

    Looking forward to the weekend. The Wharfs is going to be a great place to meet up.

    What date is this going to be on?I have a place at the Wharf so this would be way to convienant.Is anyone going to be bringing some of those new hats as I would like to purchase 1 or 2?The Flagship up the road also has some fish houses to rent.It is about 1 1/2 hours to Mille Lacs east side from Maple Grove.Thanks

    I’m absolutley chomping at the bit to go. I’ve been on the water like 3 times in the last month total and I’m ready to gear up for the fall bite both on mille lacs and the river.

    Is mossboss coming?

    I’ll be up on Thurs the 19th after work. I’m in spot 20 in the back lot of the Wharf. If my Red YarCraft is not there, I’m on the water. Feel free to stop by.

    I see there is a Vikes game on Friday at 6:30pm. Might be a good time for everyone to stop by the bar at the Wharf. Grab a beer and a bite to eat, watch a quarter of football while making plans for Saturday.

    Denise and I are taking a 4 day weekend that weekend we’ll be up thursday evening too. Hope to cross pathes before saturday, if not, saturday for sure!!!
