Report for The Red Door Resort 1-7-14
We started pulling houses today! Smaller houses will go out first. We are pulling out along the break at this point east and west. We have our rentals out as of today also. The ice depth runs from 10+ to 14 inches. We have done some drilling around houses and to this point have not seen much flooding, not that we won’t later. The roads are not in the same locations due to snow depths etc. No diesel trucks at this point. No vehicles and wheel houses till after this weekend. As the wheel houses will not have any opportunities to get off our roads…We need to take this season one step at a time. Anyone fishing in a portable must be 3 car lengths away from our roads or any houses. A 10 mph speed limit will be enforced.
