Ice Report From The Red Door Resort 12-5-13
We received 12-14 inches of snow over the past three days. Today When we attempted to access the lake we got stuck on the bottom of our ramp with an atv with chains! So much for the use of them at this point. The crack out front is flooding badly. When this freezes over the next three nights it may allow us to get out and check past the crack. The crack and flooded area is only 50-75 yards off shore. We will not be checking the ice again until Monday-Tuesday after the we get back from the ice fishing show.
Prior to this snow fall the ice beyond the crack was only marginal.
