Mille Lacs Quickie Report

    Fishing has been very good the past few days. Bigger fish are still present on shoreline breaks, but most keepers are coming for deeper water. Gold/green has been my hot color and do not forget to run a set line as more than half our fish are coming on suckers or shiners under tip ups even in deeper water.

    I’ll be putting up a full report soon and stay tuned for a Mille Lacs show on FSN coming up soon!

    Seemed to have caused offense I guess. Oh well. Post volume is a fraction of what it used to be on here. Sorry to have caused such a stir….

    i think people are just a little leary yet of the ice conditions and aren’t going out much yet because of all the heavy snow at first not building ice. then we got that rain which did a great thing for all of the lakes around up here by melting all of that snow. The reports will be more often now I think as the ice thickens up.
