big point ice?

    I’ll be heading up sunday and was wondering if anybody knew what the ice was like from doe island to the big point area? I’ll be taking a snowmobile and woud ike to stay dry

    was outon wahkon bay today saw ice as thin as 3 in in big areas be very carefull out there. we decided to head to red in am insted of chancing it

    Talk to Paul at appeldorns. I hear they’re able to get out to shaws and doe island now with atvs

    talked to the good people at appledoorns last night, ill be up there around noon. I’m getting married there in may so thats kinda become my go-to spot

    just got home from the lake. Went out of appledoorns, they have a road marked all the way to 4 mile. 9″ of ice all the way out. had about 9.5″ mn 18 fow over by big point. fishing was so so, the highlight of the day was definatly watching a 23″ walleye come flying in and smash my salmo zipper. Those cameras sure are fun
