We were up on Mille Lacs saturday night pulling crank baits in 10 FOW, for the last hour of daylight and pulled 3 Smallies. Once it got dark they stopped biting. Size: 17″, 18″ & 21″. Pulled cranks until midnight in 4 to 20 FOW and caught 1 walleye. Is it typical that the Smallies stop biting at dark?
