Mille Lacs Weekend Eyes

    Hit Mille Lacs continuing the night bite Friday and Saturday. Friday on the north end and Saturday on the west side. 5-9 feet with a variety of baits including SSR and HJ-12’s. Lots of colors tried but the best seemed to be black and silver, black and gold, and Jolly Roger custom painted Electic Perch. Water was 50 degrees. Some skinny fish showed up each night, but generally the bulk of our catch was healthy. Only one fish under 20″. These skinny ones just need to spend more time at the perch buffet. Get out there and put the hammer to them. Good Luck.
