As all the reports say, the bite has been (and continues to be) outstanding on Mille Lacs.

Some random pics from the last couple weeks. My wife and kids got in some great spinner fishing a couple weeks ago.

This last Saturday I got some co-workers into leadcore fishing. (we also pulled some blades)

I haven’t rigged for a while but a buddy was there last Fri and beat them up pretty good rigging.

I don’t think it really matters what technique you want to use, you’ll get them. That said, it is so critical to trust your electronics. If you are not marking fish, go into search mode until you do.

Enjoy the pics…both my kids had blisters on their hands from reeling fish in. Would that be considered abuse? -)

Good luck and have fun out there,

    Adam

PS: Brad turned his cloaking device off at the wrong moment and I was able to get a quick pic of his big Skeeter before it vanished.

Nice!!! Wasn’t it just a couple years ago “There aren’t as many fish in Mille lacs as we though”. When thy didn’t get many fish in the DNR nets….

Awesome getting the kids out, LifeTime memories are being made there for sure.
blisters and abuse?? It probably is, but there would be no one to turn you in, (maybe small lightweight gloves)
    Get them back out there
