I’ve been on the phone a lot the past couple days making arrangements. We’ll be out of Barnaveld’s at midnight stopping at the Way Point Cafe for breakfast after we get off the water. Shoot me a PM if you want to trade numbers and swap info

There will be 8 of us at Castaways. Not gonna start at midnight but will be out bright and early. Heading up at 11 on Fri, stop in Bach, Reeds and then Castaways.

We will be in the fish houses accross from the bar. Stop by for a or two.

3 of us will be up on Saturday and ready to roll. New rig this year so I am pretty pumped.

Probably coming off the water on Sunday with the sun coming up.

I’ll have the marine band on but will also have my cell.

    Good Luck!

The plans have been made, the rods are all ready to go. I was at the lake last weekend getting things cleaned up around the house, dock straightened up and trees trimmed. Just have to put a fresh coat of wax on the Warrior and off we go!

Will/would the Red Door have dock space for persons pulling up by boat to eat the the Way Point Cafe?

For sure, the docks on the lake outside the harbor are always open to parking short term. On weekends, most if not all the slips in the harbor are privately reserved. The west side of the harbor, sometmes, will be more open to short term unreserved parking than the east side (cabin side).

So–yes and no. The harbor dock(s)is usually reserved on the weekends for sure. Weather permitting, the lake side docks are always open. No matter how we do it, busy weekends can get confusing once in a while.

Boy that’s saying it nicely!!! This is not pointed at RD, but have been involved with docking issues at a resort I managed and that can get ugly at times!!!
