    The Minnesota Climatology department of the DNR has reported today that the ice on Mille lacs officially went out today.

    The water temp in my boat harbor was 43 deg’s when I got the boat in Saturday!!!!!!!!

    I was just think????? I was out on Mille Lacs perch fishing just a little over two weeks ago!

    Just shows how quick the conditions of the lake can change in the spring. Time to put the dock in…….

    Speaking of that Bob, how is the open water perch fishing this time of year? Do you ever target these fish from first ice out to opener?? If so, do you think they hang in the same areas? Thanks!!
