Cabin for Rent on the East Side

Looking to rent a place that sleep 6 or 7, for June 15-18th. We’d rather settle for a grill and a fire pit over a Bar/resturant resort. Don’t care if it’s a resort or Private House, but would like to have a slip and/or Dock to leave the boats on.

Has anyone stayed at Fisher’s? How are the Cabin at the Red Door? Or better yet, does anyone know of private cabins for rent. I did the Google search and all I found on the East Side were booked.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Red Door is an awesome resort. Great people and good prices. Very modern cabins but still have that “cabin” feel.

I would vote for Red Door all the way! I used to stay and fish round Rocky Reef, moved up on North end 6 years ago and have never thought bought fishin or staying anywhere else!! They are some of the best folks you will ever meet also.

I reccomend Fishers but you can’t go wrong with Red Door or Hunter’s either.

Red Door is a clean place and you can have your camp fire. Great people take good care of that place!

Appeldorns has great cabins as well, and the manager Paul goes out of his way to make everything great!

Thanks for all the suggestions! I called on a couple cabins and also the Red Door, but all were booked. I decided that Fisher’s would be a good spot for our group.

I always launch out of Hunter’s, so the North end will be a new challenge for us. How is the Trolling bite up there in Mid June? Or Spinner bite? Or rigging Bite? Or Boober bite? Don’t care how I have to catch them, I just want to catch something besides a .
