I will be up at Mille Lacs tonight through friday morning. Do you guys think rocks or weeds? Did well in oct. on the NW weeds. I am fishing by myself so if anyone is up there and wants to share a boat or kill some time in the day let me know. number is 612-730-9285. Kurt.

I have done better in the rocks the last couple of weeks than the weeds.

Both rocks and weeds produced equally all week (11/6 through 11/10.) Overall over 200 fish. Noticed that there were more small fish in Nov. full moon then Oct. Only three over 27, one at 28 and bunch of smaller fish with many keeper sized fish. Speeds .8-1.2 mph with huskys and rogues. Water temp 46 deg. at first and down to 42 deg. The two flat calm nights were the slowest. On those nights casting VERY shallow with stickbaits produced the best bite.

I only took a pic of 1 fish. It was a 27.5″. There were no real big ones that I felt deserved a picture. Plus I was by myself most nights, so it isn’t as easy to snap a good pic. Only the fish on the ruler shot which I find boring. But I will get the one uploaded soon.
