Anybody else getting as AMPED as I am for these moons? Any plans made yet???

Sept/Oct Full Moons

We did good on the Sept. full moon last year but that moon had to be high in the sky to get the fish going. Its getting closer.
What are the dates this year. Thought I heard they are early. That might mean a good November full moon to.

August 25, 2011 at 5:07 am #990775The full moon for sept is the 12th. I am going to be up there the weekend before and over the 11th 12th qnd 13th. We’ll see how it goes. I haven’t posted any of my fishing reports from the last time I was up and it’s been awhile since I’ve made it up there. My fishing partner died (my dog) he got hurt the last time I went up from jumping to the dock from the bow of the boat. He got a burst bladder and died in surgery. I picked up a bunch of OT to pay the vet bills so no fishing for me. I just got off work and going to head out here at 4am to see what the pond has going on. I’ll post a report from my time on the water.

August 30, 2011 at 6:37 pm #991924I am so stoked for this fall. Haven’t been able to fish much this summer for family reasons. Can hardly wait for Oct full moon. Don’t think the water will be prime for Sept, but Oct/Nov should be on fire.
Last fall was the best I have ever had on ML. Should be even better this year.
