I know a lot of resorts on Leech have sold and been turned into condos / town homes ect.

What is the outlook for seasonal campsites? Are there many places that still accept campers and travel trailers?

Anybody have a guess as to what the seasonal lot rent is on Leech?

    It’s interesting you ask.

My buddy just opened up the newest RV park in the Leech Lake area.

It’s called Trails RV Park. Here is the website: http://www.trailsrvpark.com

His seasonal lots start at $1850.

I have been up to the New Leech Lake Campgroud a few times, Portgage bay. Nice place, just have not been up there in a year. I think or should I say hope they are still up and running.

Thanks guys………I’m strictly there to fish so anything with alot of weekend tent and rv campers & kids won’t interest me. Also I’m not a Walleye guy so something near Pike, Muskie & Bass water would be great.

    Sully,

I just pulled the campsite map for the campground. Is this place on the water?
