What was going on last weekend?

    I drove through Walker on Sunday and saw about 200 trailered boats along the road and a bunch of huge tents down by the shoreline. What was going on?

    There was a big muskie tourney up there this weekend. Every spot that I planned on trying for musky this weekend had a minimum of 3-5 boats working the areas – with as many as 20. I was not able to coax any in – but heard of a few coming in. One fortunate angler landed a 40 and 46 inch fish on Sunday – and he was not in the tourney!
