The weekend weather was great for being on the ice. The fishing could have been better but it wasn’t too bad. I had renters in the house Saturday night and they caught quit a few fish. The average size was small but they did mange some keepers and slot fish. I fished out on the ice last evening and found a decent spot with active eyes. I have renters out today so we will see if I need to move the house. My rental is open all week and weekend so far. Ice travel is in great shape across the bay for trucks. Looks like some stable weather for the next week or so with above zero daytime temps. Fishing should remain good. I have been measuring 20 inches of ice across the bay with no slush anywhere I have been.
