Leech/walker bay

Wow what a cold snap we just made it thru!! The walleye fishing during the cold weather was defiantly slower than it has been previous. My house went from 10 to 15 fish an evening down to a mere hand full at best, with one “no fish” night.

Temps today were well above zero and the fish were more active today then they have been. The ice is in great shape and travel through out Walker Bay for the most part is pretty good.

It definitely was a lot warmer today than the rest of the week. The wind was brutal so it was nice having the fish trap. I could definitely notice the difference in the fishing. Hardly even had to work for this lady once she showed up!
