Got rained out today (7/9) but was out yesterday. The walleyes were active in 10 to 12ft. We used leeches on lindy rigs with good results. I had been doing better on crawlers but where we were there were too many trash fish that were worm hungry. We were just a couple shy of a 12 fish limit and had as many nice slot fish with many of them 24 inches so we caught a decent number of walleyes. . I was happy to get what we got as it was hot and calm. We have a cold front moved in this evening so I may be trying some deeper water tomorrow. Should be interesting.
