Leech tourney today in honor of a Hero

First Annual Hero at Home. Walley/ Bass Tournament. June 29- 30 at
Horseshoe Bay Lodge on Leech lake is in the books.
Dan drevnick who served in Irag and was killed in action july 17, 2009. Sat his family had a great tribute for him with a slide show dinner and a auction, they also had the color quard with a gun salute with all the honors folded the flag and gave it to his family. I bid and won two Harley jackets to benfite the scholarship drive in his name.
Tourney day today we started at 7AM boat 30 tuff bite crawlers and spinners with leeches biggest fish 25.5 just cant get over that 26″ mark finished in 7th place and cashed a small check but it was a great day for the family and myself with Greg Clark my partner who caught the big fish.

Awesome, Greg brought me out a couple weekends ago for the Veteran Tourny at Trapper’s. Should ask him “where those big fish were when we were out?” haha. Was a slow day then as well Sevenths not a bad spot to be in.
