    ran up to Leech on Saturday, braved the cold and breezy conditions. Went in at the landing at Federal Dam, other than the duck hunters, we were the only ones there. Ran over to Waboose Bay and looked for the gulls, didn’t take too long and we had dialed in a good pattern. Had my buddy wore his warm boots we would have been better off, but the 2 boats were both ready to go warm up. We cleaned 48 perch, 2 walleye, and one nice pike. Some of the perch were over 12 inches and it looks like things will shape up nice for the ice season. The fish fry was heavenly.

    Great catch ….can’t beat a good fish fry.

    My son and I were at Waboose a couple weeks ago fishn’ Perch
    and had 4 Muskies follow or grabbing Perch as we brought them
    in, great fun, lost a few jigs though.
