Ice out…

I drove by a local small lake today and all of the ice was off! I was surprised. What are you all seeing on the lakes in your areas?

By the way, I like these new beer mugs we’ve got here! So I’m toasting Spring!!

I haven’t even seen a chunk of floating ice in two weeks.

Now I’m just waiting for that last big snowstorm before putting the TM on the boat and going for a ride.

I wonder how many of you have met your wifes during this off period time? It’s like I could take my boat out but the dang darn water don’t get any colder and their locked up tighter then a mean mouth snapping turtle on a green willow stick The reels are filled with new line, my lures are all neat & organized, why shoot… nothing else to do, my as well go dating. Well for you married folks, ya may have a week or so to redeem your self which believe me goes a long way toward this next yrs fishing outings …………………………………..Gills
