We’ll soon have a new Fishing Guide in Iowa…

I wanted to announce here that Ryan Hale has decided make a part time job out of something he’s been doing for a long time, that’s helping people catch fish.

Ryan has put in a lot of hours on the water and many people on this site have been helped by his knowledge. He’s always been very willing to help anyone who ask.

Can you all please help me send a message of Good Luck & Best Wishes to Ryan Hale!

First of all a big thanks to Wade Kuehl who did my website. Please check from time to time as we will get more info and pics on the site.
This is a big step for me as there are alot of very good guides on the Iowa Great Lakes.
And thanks for all the very kind words and support from all of you fine anglers!!

Maybe you and Eric Nag could get together and form a guide coalition. Just a thought. Erics a great guy and one hec of a good fisherman. Good luck Ryan.

Bill,Eric now has a full time job with Purefishing.Doesn’t even sound like he will be able to fish all the PWT tourneys this year.He is a very good fisherman and person.
Thought about the guide coalition thing also but I guess a few other guides frown on this.I guess there is a big difference between full time and part time guides in their eyes.We have only one “full time ” guide in the area but alot of part timers.

Eric giving up the farm work? He was doing so good on the tournament scene and really getting a name made for himself. But at least hes in the industry he loves with Pure Fishing. Hope they gave him a really good deal. I’m guessing the only full time guide you are talking about is Jim M. ? Thanks, Bill
