    What a great lake. I just wish I lived closer. Fished the lake on the 21st. Caught 6 bass on my first 10 casts. The action tailed off some after than hot start. Did manage to catch bass all day. It was windy and the bass were best off points with weeds. I did pull several from wood elsewhere too. Access to deeper water seemed to be a positive. Of course deep is relative at Brushy. Didn’t really try for any eyes since it’s a long drive back to CFalls. Saw lots of big gills and a muskie. What a lake.

    Bigesox,yes Brushy is a very nice lake to fish.I spent a week on it last summer and had a good time.It is full of gills,we also caught some nice crappies.You have to be very carefull pulling crankbaits with all the flooded timber.And yes it is a great bass lake.Best of luck.
