Tough at redrock, heading to three mile

    I did get one 13 & a half incher, and eight more that were ten to twelve inch crapppies at Red Rock. There must be thousands of 8 to 9 inch crappies suspended at Mcbride, I caught about 70 on Friday. Yesterday at West lake the turtles were out and caught about 20 good crappies. Tues thru thurs heading down to Three Mile for the big bite. Hope the weather holds

    Fished the Missippi on Friday and Saturday for crappie with no luck but did pick up 5 small mouth and one northern! The river came up and was not able to find crappies but last week before it came up I did pick up 20 nice ones all over 12 inches and they look like it will not be long and they will be in the spawn mode!

    For me’; the Miss R. is tough for Crappies when the river comes up. Unless I locate a specific bottle neck area and the water is semi clear.
