did some bass fishing tonight

    it was pretty windy but we still got 3 fish. started off kind of slow but once we work a bank awhile dad hooked up on the nices bass of the night, on Grandpas rod and reel. then while dad was changin tubes i hooked up with one a bit smaller. then we were running out of time so we work back down hit some spots better when i got a smaller one. then we packed up and went home(it was gettin cold)

    Ya know? I don’t have anything against bass (really I don’t) but we need to get you and your dad into some “other” hats…

    lol brian. i do have a IDA hat but it worth tons of money now, when bassmasters came to wisota i had the pros sign that hat so i dont ware it anymore. plus the “Bass” hat is my lucky hat. ill whip out another hat just for you.

    I thought I saw it written somewhere that IDA hat are guarenteed to catch bigger fish…or..maybe it was fish bigger…I don’t recall.

    Glad you two got out and felt the tug. It was too nice of a day not too!
