Just curious if anyone knows about the same group that gets together and fishes the NE part of the state on the lakes in the evening. I know there is a group that fishes volga and always wondered how to get in but haven’t figured it out. anyone know????????????

There’s a group that gets together I think on Tuesday nights around the W’loo, CF area. Their schedule is posted at Iowa Outdoors in W’loo. I’m sure Jim can steer you in the right direction to get into them.
I live in Waverly, Iowa just north of cedar falls and waterloo. Just thought it would be something fun to do in the evening. 
got the info from jimmy last friday at IOWA OUTDOORS. They still have the tues. evening tournaments every week in the waterloo cf area. In two weeks it is at big woods and i think i am headin there.

it is 10 bucks every time you fish the evening tourneys. You get 80 percent payback of the night as well i believe not for sure on that though. Two weeks ago they had 25 people fishing.
