made it out today

made it out to the pond with Jonathan Tegeler. it was pretty windy at times, but it wasnt to bad, didnt get much for bites. i started off with a Zoom super fluke. and caught the only bass of the day, nothing to size but we got a picture. then while Jonathan was walking over to the other side, he noticed some panfish in the shallows. so we both grab some panfish stuff and try them for awhile. i ended up with about 3-4 border line keeper gills, and Jonathan nailed a really nice crappie on his new rod but other than that it was a pretty slow day. here are some pics.

Glad to hear you made it out. It was a bit windy, I had my grandson out for a walk in his stroller and he kept playing with the wind, as it was blowing his hair and clothes around. That is a ice crappie Jonathon
