    Milan Kumlin, owner of P&M Concessions at Blackhawk Park, has some very serious health issues. A Benefit and get together is being held at the DeSoto Community Center on January 8th. at Noon. All that have known Milan are encouraged to stop in and say HI.

    Have known Milon or 40 years. Is a very nice guy, fair to everyone. He and his family are in my prayers.
