    Hey bucky, PM Panfish or troutsrus, there both from the area and would be glad to answer your question I’m sure. I think they both have jobs that they actually have to work at and probably won’t see this until after work.

    I spent my first 16 1/2 years in Fort Dodge [born there] and Webster City is about 20 miles east of there. What are your questions? Can’t guarantee I know the answers but will try.

    Two words for that area “Brushy Creek”. It’s tough to fish, but the fish are there. That’s the only place I’ve ever fished over there. I’m sure the Des M. river has fish and there’s a lake south of Webster City, can’t remember the name that frequently appears in the DNR fishing reports. What are you looking to fish for?

    i’m hitting Brushy Creek this weekend. Gonna do a little shore fishing and taking the “mules” doing some trail riding.
