I’ve ever had. Read the reviews on sushi bamboo in town and it was 3 or more stars. Not, the rice tasted old, the fish had no taste and the only good thing was the wasabi.

There is nothing better than good sushi and nothing worse than bad sushi!

I hate to say it but Dr. says to cut down on salt ..I knew it was coming . So I’m eating the less sodium spam and a lot less than before.

I’m in Brian’s camp on this one. No sushi is the only good sushi.

I’ve been told if it is good sushi you will like it. I have had it three times at three different places that were supposed to serve awesome sushi. Ick. Three strikes and I’m done trying it. Tastes like what a sheephead dead for a week smells like. Include in that raw oysters, lox, etc. I guess I like my fish an seafood cooked. More power to those that can eat that bait raw.

I’ve had it a few times, but both in big cities on the coast. The sushi I had in Seattle was great, Chicagos was just ok.

I do refuse to eat anything with eel in it though, just doesn’t sound right.

3 times, and yes I know Chicago isn’t on the coast. The other was in Charleston, and was very good.

I weep for you. Like Mike said, good sushi is some of the best food you’ll ever have.

I would eat sushi every day if I could afford to do so. Amazing stuff!…I’d rather eat a hard boiled egg than bad sushi though. I despise eggs from foul. Fish eggs on the other hand

We’ve been eating homemade shusi when in Canada fishing. Cut out the walleye cheeks, soak 1/2 hr in ice salt water then serve with wasabi and soy sauce. Ive even thrown a couple down in the cleaning shack fresh out of the fish.

Isnt that a good way to get worms? Didnt think you should eat fresh water fish raw.

Like anything else..all in moderation. I have tried perch raw and the meat is sweet, I can see it as great sushi item.

Not real smart but we’ve made it so far. The evening scotch and cigars might keep the worms away.

That what I thought too Mike, salt water fish is ok and I’m not sure about all those species, but I always though fresh water fish raw is a good way to catch something. Perch and the worms that they have sometimes is not a good idea.
