Well gave Corneila a try yesterday without much luck. Surface temp is around 48-50 degrees as of yesterday. Tried slow trolling with crawlers and minnows on spinners and floaters. The eyes weren’t interested but snagged a 13 lb Carp in one of the side fins a battled the brut of about 20 minutes. Tried pulling cranks on boards for couple hrs. nothing!
Their were some people fishing off their dock using a bobber and minnow that had a couple dencent eyes 16-17 inchers. All in all the fishing wasn’t the best but it was a great day and didn’t want to let it slip by without giving it a try!
