    Likes and dislikes?

    Have not used the product.

    Is it worth the price?

    That said, I’d be hard pressed to spend my money to try it. Seems terribly expensive considering I am happy with my present line. (I use several different brands)
    Just a comparison;
    Clam Frost $12 for 50 yards = $30 for 125 yards
    Berkley Fireline $15 for 125 yards

    Not saying Fireline is the best line at all, just grabbed it for a price comparison.

    I actually really like it. Switched all mine over to it this year. Strong and seems to shed water well.

    Really liked the braid this year. Manageable, strong, sheds water better than other braids. Iced up similar to a copolymer. Will run on most rods next year.

    I fish braid all winter. See no difference in braid to ice braid

    Are you talking about Frost Ice Braid or Fluorocarbon?

    Like Bearcat said, there is no difference in ice braid vs standard braid, except for maybe at the chemical level. I’d like to see proof of that. I’m not convinced. They fish the same. Good luck beating Sufix 832 in a 600 yard spool that’ll last you a decade.

    In regards to fluorocarbon, I’m not a fan of straight fluorocarbon on the ice. I use a ton of fluorocarbon on the boat where the extra sensitivity is very useful. On the ice, when you have have relatively little line out by comparison, the difference in sensitivity between flouro and mono is very little, if at all. However, the mono will handle better than the flouro on a spinning reel 10 out of 10 times, especially when cold. My theory is to use half-price mono or copolymer, treat it with a line conditioner (optional), and replace it twice as often. Sufix Ice Magic, Sufix Elite, Trilene XL, Maxima Ultragreen, Yo Zuri Hybrid, P-Line FLuoroclear, etc.
