My Mom is asking if your Mom said it’s okay or no?? How late can we stay up?
The dial shifter does seem dumb imo. My buddy left his truck at my house when we went to Canada and my wife went to put it in the garage and was like wtf how do I shift this thing. She figured it out but yeah it’s dumb
Stay. Orville Redenbacher’s existence depends upon it. Popcorn sales have a direct reaction to these situations due to us bystanders.
I don’t know. I’ll ask your ma later when I’m havin my way with her.
Will that be before or after nursing from your own mom ???
I’m bummed I missed the Dodge post. Sounds like I missed a fun one

The dial shifter is great once you get used to it. Why take up the console space? Now when I drive vehicles with a console shifter it’s just in the way of putting my mug in the cup holder
Obviously stay Dutch. Really hope that other azz clown got a permanent ban.
Don’t know about all the dial shifters but, when Ram came out with them it was a PIA for towing.
You could not move them in neutral unless the engine was running. I don’t remember how but there was a neutral lockout procedure.
The dial shifter isn’t bad. I like that over the center council shifter. But I do like the steering column shifter the most.
Another example of varying opinion… I had I think 3 Rams with the knob/dial shifter and didn’t really care for it but it wasn’t a huge issue for me. I just got my new F-150 Lariat this last summer with the center console shifter. I love it…I like driving with my hand resting on it for some reason. My buddy who drives a Ram got into it for the first time and his butt barely hit the seat, he grabbed the console shifter and said “I don’t like this at all”. To each his own…some prefer blondes, some brunettes I guess.
Stay- anyone butthurt by comments on here can stop reading posts or grow a pair
We all have options
trump has the country
The dems have Sauros
See what I did there ?!
I drive part time for Enterprise. The shifters are all over the place these days. The buttons on the dash or the console you push or pull, the shifter knob buttons you have to hold in a button for reverse while pushing in another button while pushing the shifter tp get them in gear or to the P,R, D button on the windshield washer stick on the right side of the steering wheel in order to order to make them move and the parking brake buttons that are literally hidden sometimes. Some of these engineers need to be slapped.
The dial on the Ram isn’t bad but I prefer a console shifter. I’ve driven manuals almost all my life so it’s like second nature to rest my hand on the shifter.
My wifes Pilot has the console button shifter, right next to the cup holders. I’m waiting for the day a cup of coffee pours into them.
Stay ….. Plese find new place to pile your snow.
That is Hilarious!

I think those are dumb too but On ours at least you can turn it off from “drive” and I now have that habit which is getting really annoying on RAM where you can’t. It will turn off but not put itself in park first so then I have to turn it back on and turn the knob.
Man I had to search and read the last couple pages of the RAM thread this morning, sorry I missed a chance to engage in the banter. Anyway STAY Dutch, things are more funner with you around bud!
Stay. The person who should tone down personal attacks or leave, is not mature enough to know it.
