Frabill Set-up

I bought an older Frabill shelter and can’t find set up instructions. I’ve got it up – but am wondering if the length wise cross poles are in the correct position. It also seems to be missing a pole to go across the middle – but its hard to say. Here’s a couple of pics if anyone has any tips. I need to replace a couple of the c-clips – so if anyone has a line of them that aren’t $10 each that would be great.
