frabill quick tip rod, any good?

    So went to buy a new frabill 101xla inline reel today and saw they had a 27″ quick tip rod paired with the same reel with just a little smaller spool on it for only 3 bucks more so figured what the hell mise well buy another rod ha are the frabill quick tips any good, never owned a frabill rod so don’t know much on em.

    I like mine. Good shallow water rod with the straight line reel on it.

    I have been using the 27″ for a few years and is one of my favorite crappie rods. They have a 30″ now that seems to have just a little more back bone then my 27s that I have now.

    You will like it. As stated great shallow water rod.
